Contact us
Email support@tinyserious.com with any question about Monolume. You can also copy the address directly:
Monolume is made by Tiny Serious, an independent studio. Support is handled by the developer who built the game, in English, normally within two business days. There is no account to sign into and no ticket number to track—just reply to the thread.
To help us answer quickly, please include your device model (for example, iPhone 15 or iPad Air 11-inch), your iOS version, and the Monolume version shown in Settings › About Us inside the app.
Your 5 free games
Monolume is free to download and includes 5 free games of the complete experience—every board and every theme, with no charge, no account, no subscription, and no time limit.
A game counts only when you finish a board, meaning you either leave one peg in the centre or run out of legal moves. Restarting a board, undoing a move, or walking away part-way through costs you nothing, so you can experiment freely.
After each finished game, Monolume tells you how many free games you have left. When they are gone, starting or resetting a game requires the lifetime unlock. An unfinished board can still be completed, and Themes, How to Play, Settings, and your statistics stay available.
The 5 free games are offered once per device. Deleting and reinstalling Monolume does not grant a second set, because iOS keeps the record in the Keychain after deletion.
Lifetime unlock
One purchase—Monolume Lifetime Unlock, $2.99 in the United States—permanently unlocks new games, resets, all four themes, and any themes added later. The price shown in the app is always your App Store's local price.
It is a one-time, non-consumable purchase. There is no subscription, no renewal, and no advertising in Monolume. The unlock is Family Sharing enabled, so your family group can use it too.
To buy it, tap the free-play or unlock card on the main menu, then Unlock Monolume.
Restore a purchase
If you reinstalled Monolume, moved to a new device, or the game does not recognise a purchase you already made:
- Open Monolume and tap the free-play or unlock card on the main menu
- Tap Restore Purchases on the unlock screen
- Sign in with the same Apple Account you used for the original purchase
Restoring is free and can be done as often as you need. If the unlock still does not appear, email us with the Apple Account email used for the purchase and, if you have it, the App Store receipt from Apple—we will sort it out.
Refunds
All Monolume purchases are processed by Apple, so refunds are handled by Apple rather than by Tiny Serious. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com using the Apple Account that made the purchase.
If something in the game went wrong, please tell us as well—we would rather fix the problem than have you leave disappointed.
Your data
Monolume has no accounts, no advertising, no analytics, and no tracking. Your board, statistics, preferences, and free-game count stay on your device and are never sent to us.
You can clear the current game or reset your statistics in Settings inside the app. Full details are in the privacy policy.
Requirements
Monolume runs on iPhone and iPad with iOS 17 or later. The game is playable completely offline; a network connection is only needed to load App Store pricing and to make or restore a purchase.
Report a bug or suggest something
Found a board that misbehaves, a hint that seems wrong, or a layout that breaks on your device? Email support@tinyserious.com with what you were doing when it happened and a screenshot if you have one.
Feature requests are welcome at the same address. Monolume is a small game made by a small studio, and player mail genuinely shapes what gets built next.
